     In the late Ming-Dynasty, There is a female worshiper who worshiped a picture of Guangong. One day, there blew a wind which took the picture into the sky of northeastern.
    The worshiper asked someone to follow it to Yanshui Gangshin Street and hung on a crayon on the street. The worshiper had the news and rush to the street for it. But she failed to take it down off the street. One elder of the crowd said if the god intended to be erected here on the street and worshiped by worshipers. 
    Through the asking-god ceremony, identifying the willing of the god. After that, the residents and the worshiper started building a small temple for the god on the street. 
    The temple was rebuild many times in 1668, 1803, 1828, 1875, 1917, 1946, 1971 and 1983.
